“100s LIST OF THE NATION’S MOST POWERFUL AND INFLUENTIAL WOMEN”
The Women Looking Ahead (WLA) 100s List has been compiled by WLA’s nominating committee and members of the board of directors. The 100s List features many of the nation’s most powerful and influential women from all ends of the spectrum who are making a difference in the communities in which we live, work and volunteer. The uniqueness of the List is that it is “inclusive” not “exclusive.” The common thread that binds them is that of excellence.
Women Looking News Magazine works to celebrate this binding thread. Compiling the list is often an enormous and overwhelming task, however we know it must be done.
The criteria for inclusion is based on the following:
1.Ordinary women with extraordinary talents
2. Persevering career challenges
3. A commitment to professional excellence
4. Promotion of diversity in the workplace
5. Community service involvement
