Women Looking Ahead is planning its annual 100s List of Georgia’s Most Influential Women at a Power Breakfast, on Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 103 West located at 103 West Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30305. The breakfast is from 8:00am to 10:00am. This year’s theme is “Unleashing the Power Within.” The keynote speaker for the event is Georgia’s Secretary of State Cathy Cox. 14th Anniversary Awards Luncheon - WOMEN LOOKING AHEAD MAGAZINE TO HONOR “ORDINARY WOMEN WITH EXTRAORDINARY TALENTS”
ATLANTA, GA, April 28, 2004 – Women Looking Ahead, Atlanta’s premiere women’s empowerment magazine, will honor local corporate, government and religious leaders at its 14th Anniversary Awards Luncheon on Friday, May 21, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta. The annual “Ordinary Women with Extraordinary Talents” event will feature Prophetess Juanita Bynum, a respected evangelist, gospel vocalist and Trinity Broadcasting Network program host, as keynote speaker and special guest.
The 2004 honorees are Dianne Bernez, ING Americas; Gwendolyn Brown, NASA; Evern Cooper, UPS; Sunny Franklin, Avon Products, Inc.; Gloria Johnson Goins, The Home Depot; Virginia Hepner, Senior Vice President Commercial Banking Director, Wachovia; Vanessa Long, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church; and, Theresa Royster, State Farm Insurance. Tom Carroll, Tiffany & Company, will be honored as the 2004 Man of the Year.
